Welcome to the ultimate guide to classes at Ying Yoga + Pilates Studios. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or taking your first step onto the mat, we have a class designed for you. Our two distinct studio locations in Austin and Cedar Park offer a diverse schedule of yoga, aerial yoga, and Pilates reformer classes. From invigorating Vinyasa flows to the calming practice of Restorative yoga, and the unique full-body workout of aerial yoga, our experienced instructors are here to guide your journey.

Fusion Ashtanga: A self-guided, challenging, and empowering practice. An instructor is present to provide personalized guidance, helping you deepen your practice at your own pace. Join us at 6:00am most week days for a half self-guided practice that follows the Ashtanga Primary Series. An instructor will be present to help you remember the sequence, give guidance, and/or assist you in going deeper into a particular asana. This class will be between 80°-90°.

Hatha: This moderately-paced class will include sun salutations and a wide range of standing and seated postures designed to build strength, balance and flexibility. Designed to leave you feeling steady, balanced, and calm, this is our all-levels hatha yoga class. This class will be between 80°-90°.

Aromatherapy Vinyasa – Elevate your practice with this dynamic power flow, where breath is seamlessly linked with movement and enhanced by the soothing power of aroma therapy. Close off everything around you and have awareness of mind, body and spirit. This class will be between 80°-90°. *Class has open reservations due to the nature of having an unlimited number — all drop-ins without a reservation are welcome.

Fly Foundations – This aerial hammock class is designed to give you a full body workout from the ground up. Class starts with a grounding guided meditation, followed by hammock-assisted mat work as we slowly build heat and ultimately take flight! Class then ends in an extremely relaxing suspended savasana. Each week provides an opportunity to work with the hammock at varying heights, incorporating body movements and styles from yoga and pilates. Great for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. Come explore the possibilities and expand your practice to the sky. *This class requires a reservation due to the nature of having a limited number of hammocks. No drop-ins without a reservation.

Fly Barre – barre / Pilates (Cedar Park location)  provides a total body workout, fusing traditional and suspension barre training into one incredible class. The adjustable aerial swing equipment can be modified to fit participants of various shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. This class focuses on strengthening your core, seat, and thighs through isometric movements.This class is progressive, adaptable, creative, challenging, and FUN! All levels welcome. Full 60-minute class. *This class requires a reservation due to the nature of having a limited number of hammocks. No drop-ins without a reservation.

Vinyasa – This word can be translated as arranging something in a special way. Each movement is a gradual progression from one to the next. The movement is aligned and linked with the breath so that you move with each inhale and exhale. Deep vinyasa yoga classes are ones where there is a dynamic flow from posture to posture. Combined with Music and each teacher’s unique spirit, you will have total body movement ends with 20 mins relaxation. This class will be between 80°-90°.

Chill Flow is a series of postures that moves seamlessly, one into the next. Designed as a moving meditation, each Chill Flow class is unique. We’ll explore the ease of strength, tensile flexibility, balancing within precarious scenarios and being present both in movement and in stillness.

Honey Flow — Step onto your mat for a vinyasa-based, juicy, stretchy, feel good yoga experience designed to open you up physically and energetically—inviting you to explore a sense of spaciousness, expansion, and freedom as we flow continuously with the breath. You’ll be guided through a creative, fluid practice allowing you to drop into your body and connect deeply to your senses. Every moment is an opportunity to tune in, to stretch, and to feel the energy moving through you. From invigorating to slower-paced flows, you’ll have the space to listen to your body and find variations that feel good, whether you’re pushing your edge or easing into a more relaxed flow. This class welcomes all levels—there’s room for everyone to explore, grow, and play.

Restore & Sound  – Sound Bath. This Yin and Mellow is focus on restorative Pranayama breathes, it will help guide the Yogi to their breath through meditations and light restorative movements and stretches. This class will awaken the energy in the body and smooth out the rough edges to help find calm and peace. The pace is slow and perfect for all levels including beginners.

Candlelight Flow – The Candlelight Flow classes take a slow pace. These Flow sequences will create a focus on breathy and self-energy while targeting specific areas of the body. Students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next, dynamic and flowing. Candlelight Flow dose not follow a defined sequence of postures, it is a fun ,relax, athletic form of Yoga that will lift your spirit and reset your heart. This class will be between 80°-90°.

Vinyasa to Yin – 30 minutes Yang Vinyasa 30 minutes Yin relations and stretch. Yin & Yang the combination and fusion of two cosmic force. Yin — the dark swirls associated with shadows, moon, femininity, wave of thought, static stillness soft, flexibility. Yang — the light of swirl, represents brightness, sun, passion growth, masculinity, movement, power strength. Everything and everyone has Yin Yang, as the coin has two sides. Vinyasa is a celebration coordinated between movements and breaths, flow from one breath to the next ….. yourself slowly start to feeding, only the flowing breath left in your vinyasa. Darkness are not your shadows; they are part of you. Namaste.

Kundalini & Sound – Kuṇḍalinī is described as a sleeping, dormant potential force in the human organism. It is one of the components of an esoteric description of the “subtle body”, which consists of nadis (energy channels), chakras (psychic centres), prana (subtle energy), and bindu (drops of essence).

Prenatal –It’s take the whole village to raise a baby. Our prenatal Yoga teacher Lenzie had training with retired gynecologic and obstetric nurse. Classes are Mondays at 6pm.
